Zolani Shangase

Business Role Player and Actor

Zolani first worked as a professional actor in 2011 after graduating from the Tshwane University of Technology. Since then he has worked extensively in Theatre, Television and Corporate Theatre. He was seen as Simba in the Lion King in the UK as well as appearing in the UK Premier of the musical, Tiger Bay.

He has gained comprehensive experience in Role Play, Improvisation and Real Play having being trained by Performance Role Play Training as well as, through PRPT,  having attended a Master Class with Colin Hunter from Potential Squared UK. Zolani has delivered Role Play training all over the world, including the Ivory Coast and Dubai. Recent clients have included Standard Bank, DukeCE and Hercules Coaching.

Although relatively new in the industry (7 years) he is considered a rising talent and much respected for his professionalism, dedication and commitment to delivering an impactful message and real experiences through Role Play.

Bruce Alexander

Business Role Player, Actor

Bruce Alexander has been performing and working with PRPT for the past 3 years. He has done numerous sessions for Vodacom as well as DukeCE.

Bruce is no stranger to the corporate world as he was commissioned to re-open the R6m refit of the Back Of The Moon Restaurant for Tsogo Sun at Gold Reef City in 2014. He also owns a multi-award winning and internationally recognised restaurant in London’s West End called ARCHIPELAGO.

He has also had extensive stage experience over the past 37 years.

Lebohang Toko

Business Role Player, Actor

Lebohang Toko is a valued member of the Performance Role Play Training Team. He extended his Role Play Training with Performance Role Play Training in Role Play; Real Play and Forum Theatre. He also works with international company, Hercules Coaching, doing Business Role Play and improv campaigns all over the world. He is a member of their first African team.  He has years of experience in improvisation theatre.

Lebohang is a versatile nominated actor, singer, dancer, choreographer, director and producer. He completed a National Diploma in Musical Theatre at the Tshwane University of Technology in 2008. He is a busy actor and highlights have included the lead role in James Ngcobo’s theatrical adaptation of Fred Khumalo’s “Touch My Blood”. He was named by the Market Theatre as one of the Top 40 Actors. Lebohang has played to packed houses on various stages both locally and abroad in productions such as the South African premieres of Blues Brothers, The Boys in the Photograph, Mamma Mia!, Dirty Dancing, Sister Act and Dreamgirls and was seen in the critically-acclaimed double season of The Color Purple. 

His acting skill has also been highlighted in several television roles. He also works as a Creative Executive for 2nd Round Productions, was the Creative Producer and Co-Director of the Chairman’s Recital for the Nelson Mandela Foundation’s commemoration of Former President Nelson Mandela’s 100th birthday. 2018 also saw him independently produce as well as direct ‘Town”, a revue which celebrates the music of the Motown and Sophiatown eras. 

Zane Meas

Business Role Player and Facilitator, Actor

Zane Meas has extensive experience in the corporate field, and is an accomplished Role Player, working with Performance Role Play Training. He has role played with ABSA, Barclays, MTN, Liberty, Citibank and DukeCE amongst others. He has a great ability to refocus delegates into understanding their impact and what they need to do in order to shift behaviours for maximum impact. 

Zane Meas has been an actor for the past 31 years and has appeared in numerous stage, television, film and radio productions. He is best known as the rugby hero, Mackie, from the television series “The Game”, Mr. Botha in “Molo Fish” and as Jack van Onselen in the TV soap ‘Isidingo’. Zane was recently  seen as ‘Neville Meintjies’ in the popular daily drama ‘7de Laan’ on SABC2 and in “Sober Companion” on SABC3. He is currently Wesley Thompson on Scandal.

Zane established The Fatherhood Foundation of South Africa in 2006 and speaks throughout the country on the effects of fatherlessness. He has addressed more than 700 seminars across the country on fatherhood and has reached out to thousands of people with this message. His speaking engagements have seen him address meetings in all the nine provinces of the country. His presentations on fatherhood have been widely received and continue to garner support from all sectors of the population in the country.

Zane released a music album in Afrikaans entitled ‘Hart van die Vader’ with songs he wrote based on the work he does with men and fathers. It won an ATKV Lier Award for 2009.

Zane has written a book; ‘Daddy, come home’ published by Struik Christian Media which has been in major book stores since the first week of May 2010He has produced and written a feature film “Father” set in the Cape Flats that was released in March 2013.

He has been married to Megan for 24 years and they have five kids, two dogs and a mortgage.

Tshepiso Mashego

Business Role Player and Actor

Tshepiso Mashego has had extensive training in Business Role Play through Performance Role Play Training as well as having attending PRPT’s Masterclass by UK’s CEO, Colin Hunter. She is also skilled in improvisational theatre. Aside from working with PRPT, she has worked with international company, Hercules Coaching, doing Business Role Play and improv campaigns all over the world. She is a member of their first African team.  She is proving to be a sought-after Role Player with Performance Role Play’s clients, due to her great insight and strong ability to observe and give feedback.

Tshepi, as she is best known, is a South African powerhouse actress and singer. She is a musical theatre graduate from the Tshwane University of Technology, with vast experience in television, stage and film. Having worked in almost every theatre in South Africa and internationally directed by the best of the best, Tshepi shows her versatility as an artist, having been involved in International Musicals; reality TV shows, movies and television series. She has also MC’d and hosted several corporate functions for the likes of Mercedes Benz and Samsung, as well as hosting the Namibian Music Awards.  She’s been on several roadshows for different clients who include the National Empowerment Fund, Wimpy, Education SA and SA Gambling Board to name a few. She has also facilitated workshops and done Industrial Theatre for different mining companies in South Africa.  

Krijay Govender

Business Role Player, Actor, Facilitator

Krijay Govender is a regular Role Player for Performance Role Play Training. As an actor/ director she has a great ability to both read a room, as well as give effective and insightful  feedback and understand levels of pushback. She has a strong understanding of business and its challenges.  Clients have included Kumba, ABSA, Barclays and South African Reserve Bank.

She is an award-winning performer, director and writer with 5 SAFTAs (South African Film and Television Awards) to her name and was well received at the Edinburgh Festival as playwright/performer. Govender is a published academic and holds a Masters Degree in the Arts. She graduated with a BA Arts from the University of Natal in 1997. She majored in Politics and Drama, achieving a Masters Degree for both. In 1998 she took a Media Management and Arts Admin course, also at UKZN. Besides her stand-up comedy career, Govender is an award-winning actress, playwright (Women in Brown) and director on stage and screen (Font, Isidingo). After directing Isidingo (2 SAFTAs for Direction) and the hit series Ubizo, Govender directed Rhythm City and the final session of City Sesla as well as Head Director on Ses Top ‘La, among many others. She has worked as a radio presenter and a columnist in the print media.
