Jocelyn is a Founder Member and the CFO/ Creative Director of Performance Role Play Training. As a UK-trained Role Player she has a wealth of knowledge of Business Role Play techniques using Boardroom Theatre, Forum Theatre, Immersive Experiential Training; Ambush Theatre, Real Play, Improvisation and Role Play whilst engaging in effective feedback with delegates. She is a trainer and facilitator across a wide portfolio of clients within South Africa and abroad. Her extensive experience in many facets of business enables her to accurately understand the complexities of the corporate environment and the power of Role Play in dealing with challenging conversations – from blue collar through to executives. Clients include Vodacom, Sun International, The Medical Professional Society, DukeCE, Standard Bank, ABSA, Kumba Iron Ore, Liberty Life, Santam, ReACT UK and Potential Squared UK.
Within eventing Jocelyn is an Executive Coach for C-Suite. Companies include Clover; Samsung, Standard Bank CIB, and SAB. She was Performance Coach on Discovery TLC’s Next Great Presenter. She also specializes in corporate and speech writing, Industrial Theatre scripting, show directing and Showcalling. She served as the first female Vice-Chairperson of SAFTU, the original South African Actors’ Union; and more recently served as Chairman of the Board for the Kairos School of Inquiry.
Jocelyn is an award-winning actor with over 35 years professional experience across the genres of Theatre, Musical Theatre, Television and Film both nationally and internationally. She recently played a leading role in kykNet’s Getroud Met Rugby, a South African daily television series; and guest starred in the Showmax Original “The Girl From St Agnes”.
