Siphiwe Sip Nkabinde

Siphiwe Sip Nkabinde is a recent addition to Performance Role Play Training, having completed the Role Play Training course for PRPT, by renowned UK facilitator, Colin Hunter. He successfully contributed to the DukeCE Immersion for Standard Bank C-Suite. Other Corporate theatre work has included: Diageo Leadership Bootcamp and acting and facilitating for a Sun International programme.
Siphiwe is a Zulu traditional soul singer, song-writer, actor, dancer, occasional percussionist, voice artist and a praise singer born in Bergville (Emoyeni), KwaZulu Natal, a province of South Africa. Sip has always strived to be a better version of himself, and attended several workshops to refine his craft and skills. He later studied Applied Drama Techniques with Wits.
His career took off in the musical theatre where he landed himself a various roles in the following productions; Kwela Bafana, iLembe, Madiba African Opera, Exit Exist, Music In The Air, Amandla Cultural Ensemble, Library Lion, Mr Popper’s Penguins and the recent King Kong Musical (A legendary boxer). Sip has also been featured on a local drama series “Ashes to Ashes” Season 2 as supporting character Fez, and has recently been shooting a video series with SILO Art Motion Stills Production as a lead actor. Sip has worked with Bomb Productions on an upcoming Shaka Zulu series promo, as well as with William Kentridge on “Waiting for the Sibyl” at the The Centre For Less Good Idea, exploring, recording and filming sound and movement.
