Graham Hopkins

Senior Business Role Player, Actor, Financial Director

Graham Hopkins is an experienced Role Player and has been extensively involved with role play training programmes for The World Bank, Vodacom, Anglo American, The British Consulate, The Medical Professional Society, Sun International and Barclays Africa. He has been a senior associate of Performance Role Play Training since inception of the company. His wide experience in the business world enables him to engage with complex operational and management issues, in a variety of role play scenarios, interacting with all levels of employee, from interns to senior managers. His experience in various role playing techniques such as Real Play, Forum Theatre, Boardroom Theatre, Immersive Training and effective feedback make him a valuable senior member of the team.

A qualified senior school English and Mathematics teacher, Graham spent a couple of years with the Natal Education Department before moving to Johannesburg to join a theatre company.  In addition to a busy professional life as an actor, voice artist, Role Player and executive training consultant, Graham has also been a scriptwriter and partner in a very successful experiential communications company for the last 15 years, where he has filled the role of Chief Financial Officer, over and above his creative contributions.

Graham has been a professional actor for over 36 years and he has earned countless nominations and many awards in almost every performance genre that he has tackled. From leading roles in high profile South African television series, such as Barney Barnato and The Lab, to international musical theatre appearances, comedy and serious drama, Graham enjoys the variety of challenges that the profession offers. In the last 10 years, he has appeared on stage for no less than ten theatre managements, both locally and internationally. He has recently finished playing leading roles in both an international and a local television series, as well as  appearing as Martin Dysart in Equus, for the Pieter Toerien Management.

Sechaba Morojele

Business Role Player, Actor, Writer, Director

Sechaba Morojele  is a Business Role Player, having worked for Performance Role Play Training for over 5 years. He has Role Played primarily for Vodacom (in South Africa, Tanzania, Mozambique, Lesotho and the DRC), ABSA, Standard Bank and for DukeCE.  Sechaba was also part of a team of Role Players from South Africa who worked with the World Bank in Rwanda and Washington DC.

He has a strong track record, having worked in the TV and Film industry for over fifteen years. He got his BSc. Degree in Statistics at the University of Manchester in 1984 and worked for four years as a Statistician in England and then at Eskom in South Africa before giving it all up to pursue a career in the film industry.

In 1999 Sechaba enrolled at the American Film Institute (AFI), in Los Angeles to do an MFA in Film Directing where his thesis film, Ubuntu’s Wounds,that he wrote and directed, won numerous awards, including the prestigious Franklin J. Schaffner award for directing the best thesis film from his year; Best Short Film at the Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles and The Director’s Guild of America (DGA) Student Award for outstanding achievement in Directing. As a writer Sechaba has written extensively, writing dramas, documentaries, educational shows, sitcoms, and one feature film (Tasha – A film based in Lesotho). Such writing projects include Ubuntu’s Wounds, Hola Mpinji, Generations, Isidingo, 99 Plein Street, Soul City TV & Radio, Kelebone, Choice, Switch onto Science, An IEC radio drama, and he was Head Writer on Mponeng, to mention a few.

Tumelo Mosenye

Non-Executive Board Member, Business Role Player, and Company Manager

Tumelo Mosenye is a professional Role Player and has worked with PRPT for many years now. He has been a solid, consistent and reliable member of the team, and is our go-to person for his skill on managing and organising teams, particularly on our National tours. Tumelo has a great understanding of developing characters, and was critical to the success of PRPT’s Ethics Roadshow for Walmart across South Africa, where he toured for 4 months.  Tumelo has been especially successful with his Real Play work in Africa for PRPT, and travelled to Mozambique, Tanzania and the DRC on several occasions. 

His steadfast and committed relationship with PRPT resulted in Tumelo, also affectionately known as Don, being asked to join as a Non-Executive but active Board member of PRPT, and is a Shareholder in the company.

Aside from his work with Performance Role Play Training, he started acting as a young teenager at a cultural institution called Mmabana Arts Council. After his matric he enrolled for a Diploma in Drama at Pretoria Technikon. Since then he’s been working as a professional actor and has been on TV shows like Scandal, Generations, Society, Easy Money, and Melodi(film). He has also acted in theatre productions like King Lear, Romeo and Juliet, Coolie Odyssey, and Rhetorical, amongst others. When it comes to Industrial Theatre the credits are endless: Sasol, Transnet, Coca Cola, Standard Bank, Murray & Roberts, Massmart to name a few. Tumelo Don Mosenye was born in Mafikeng(North West) and speaks several African languages.
